Quick availability! The lady Cyndee that answers the phone is very friendly and easy to deal with 🙂 They let us know ahead of time of the exact cost. Matt did our inspection and he showed up on-time in the middle of a thunderstorm and did his job! He was very thorough! He shared our report quickly. Will do business with AmeriSpec in the future and highly recommend. Pricing was very reasonable.

They were able to send out an inspector the next day. The inspection was on a Saturday, so that was a surprise. The inspector was on time and did a thorough inspection with pictures whenever he listed an issue. The inspector also walked the house with me and described everything that needed work and demonstrated a plumbing issue, so I could better describe it on the option form.

Duncan was timely, professional, communicated very clearly, and took his time explaining things to us as first time (almost) homeowners. I was very pleased with the service I received from AmeriSpec during my home inspection process. The setup and scheduling process was quick and painless. Andrew Hallum conducted the inspection on my new home and was very thorough and professional. He explained all the items in his inspection report and took the time to answer all my questions and walk the areas to ensure I was comfortable. What is great about my experience with AmeriSpec? Everything is my easy answer. However, because I know it is beneficial to include details.......your customer service was beyond anything I have experienced--truly excellent! I was able to schedule the inspection quickly, and your office confirmed the appointment at least two times which provided me with a level of security that the appointment would happen as scheduled. Duncan, my inspector, was efficient, personable and answered all of my questions regarding the summary and specifics of the inspection report. He gave the Realtor and me copies of all of the documents he prepared relating to the inspection immediately while we were on site. As an added bonus, he was kind and patient while I walked through the property, as I was very excited with my first solo home purchase!

Amerispec was considerate of our timeline and availability in scheduling our inspection, our inspection was completed in a timely manner, and it was very comprehensive. We love the report given to us which included home maintenance resources, and we were very impressed with our inspector. He gave us a complete and understandable explanation of our report, listened to our concerns and addressed all of them, and gave us his contact information in case something further arose. We did end up contacting him with an additional question, and he responded quickly and gave us exactly what we needed. We loved our experience with Amerispec!
