ADDITIONAL INSPECTION SERVICES
This is a full inspection of any residential property that is about to be put up for sale on the local market. We’ll thoroughly analyze the condition of each readily accessible component so that you have the information you need to make repairs as necessary and to maintain honest communication when negotiating with prospective buyers.
New Construction Inspection
This inspection service is put in place to help home-buyers gain an additional measure of protection before they close on a new home. We’ll thoroughly inspect the property before the builder’s final walkthrough to identify potential maintenance issues that you’ll want to avoid having to pay for out of pocket once an investment is final.
Eleventh Month Warranty Inspection
A standard home warranty offered by the homebuilder usually protects homeowners for approximately one year after final closing. You’ll want to schedule this inspection service before that first year has gone by in order to get a clear idea of what sorts of improvements need to be made to the home. Depending on the nature of a specific issue, your warranty may cover some portion of the repair expenses.
Four Point Inspection
In order to qualify for a home insurance policy, your insurer of choice will likely want confirmation that the home meets a specific set of minimum property standards. Usually, the insurer will want to know that four primary areas of the home are in good condition, and we’ll thoroughly inspect each of those areas—the home’s roofing system, HVAC system, plumbing system, and electrical system.
Loan Draw Inspection
This inspection service will promote peace of mind and financial protection during the construction of a new home by ensuring that the builders aren’t in violation of the bank’s loan agreement. We’ll first review the original budget to familiarize ourselves with what the build site should look like—then, we’ll come to the property at several different stages of the process to assess the materials stored on site and the current state of construction. If something looks amiss, we’ll communicate the oversights immediately so that delays and potential litigation can be avoided.
Wind Mitigation Inspection
It’s a tremendous relief to know that the home you’re intending to buy is sufficiently protected from the potential ravages of severe storms passing through the area. This inspection service will assess a home for the wind mitigation features that are currently in place, providing new recommendations as necessary to help you maximize the safety and longevity of the home’s structure.
Termite infestations are not an enjoyable prospect for any homeowner—because it’s well-known just how destructive these pests can be. For this inspection, we’ll comprehensively evaluate a home for signs of existing termite damage so that you don’t unwillingly fall into a trap of endless repair expenses if you choose to close on the property.
Commercial Property Inspection
We’re highly qualified to provide detailed inspections of commercial properties. The types of properties we’re able to cover range from storefronts to industrial buildings, and everything in between. We’ll carefully look over the property’s structure and installed mechanical systems to identify potential deficiencies that you’ll likely want to factor into your offer on the property. For our Commercial Property Inspections, we follow the rigorous ASTM standards.
This is an expedited inspection service for clients who need to schedule a property inspection by a specified time. We’ll get the job done right, and we’ll get it done fast—turning around a full inspection of a property in as little as 48 hours when necessary.
